Delete your Custofeed account

In the app (fastest)

• Open Custofeed and tap the logo in the top-right corner to open Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate.

By email

If you can no longer use the app, email support@custofeed.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your email address and profile, topics and descriptions, notification settings.
• Devices and push tokens, sign-in sessions, reading history and bookmarks.

What is kept

• Purchase records required for tax and accounting, without your email (kept as required by law).
• A one-way hash of your email, so the free trial cannot be claimed again.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
